1. Make a plan for your technology and connectivity needs.
Consult with your unit’s IT support staff (i.e. LAN Manager) to discuss technology and computing devices, security and connectivity, and other considerations while you work remotely.
2. Configure your work phone.
Learn how to forward your calls and access your voicemail remotely while you are away from your desk.
3. Make a plan to use Email and collaboration tools.
The university provides numerous communication and collaboration tools to power your engagement with others while working on campus or remotely.
4. Know how to get help.
