Requesting Refunds for Misprints
In order to request a refund for a printing error or misprint, you must do the following:
- Log in to GoWMU
- Click All Links under My Self Service
- Click My Bronco NetID account
- Click My Lab Printing Account and log in with your Bronco NetID & password
- Click Recent Print Jobs on the left
- Find the print job that matches the misprinted document and click the request refund link in the status column
- Complete the Refund Request form, including a descriptive reason for the request, and click Send
Your request will be sent to the manager of the lab in which the print took place. You will receive an email from bronco-print@wmich.edu when a decision has been made regarding your request.
