Adding team members to your Team
When creating a Team, there are a few options for granting access to your teammates.
Note: It is recommended to have multiple owners for a Team to avoid issues with managing the Team if a single owner of the team is no longer with the University. Adding a member of your departmental IT staff could help elevate single owner "lock" issues.
- Add your team members manually. You can add members by name, email address or Bronco NetID.
- If you have a large number of members to add to your team, you can allow team members to self-enroll. Create a code for joining a team and share the code with the people you would like to join your team. Team members can use that code to join your team.
