Access Microsoft Bookings
Microsoft Bookings is available for most Faculty & Staff as a part of W-Exchange. Once logged in, click All Apps to find Bookings.

Open a Booking Calendar
If you have been added to a Booking calendar created by someone else, you can use the following instructions to add it to your Bookings account:
- Log in to W-Exchange
- Click the App Selector and select Bookings
- Add the desired Booking calendar:
- If this is your first time accessing Bookings, you will automatically be prompted to choose a calendar. Enter the name of the Booking calendar and click the search icon. Select the desired Booking calendar from the list
- If you have existing Booking calendars associated with your account, select the dropdown menu next to the name of the currently opened Booking calendar in the left navigation menu and click Open.
Cancel a Booking Appointment
If you would like to cancel a Booking Appointment that you are scheduled for, please see the instructions below:
- Log in to W-Exchange
- Click the App Selector and select Bookings
- From the left navigation menu, select Calendar.
- Find and select the appointment you wish to cancel. Select Cancel, provide a message to the customer, and select Cancel Booking
Best Practices
Bookings Business Naming
When setting up bookings you will be asked to create a Business. Please use your department's prefix, follow by a hyphen. i.e. OIT-
Managing Multiple Businesses
If you are managing multiple businesses, make a note of the business names that you manage. Bookings does not provide a view of all businesses you have access to, instead you are required to search for your business by name. Using the department prefix in the name of your business will also make searching easier.
Deleting a business
Bookings does not currently provide a way delete a business.
