My Pending Work Orders
- Click the Work Orders Tab
- Click the Work Orders Views drop-down
- Scroll down and click My Pending Work Orders
- My Pending Work Orders includes all of your assigned work orders that are not closed or canceled
My Pending Tasks
- Click the grey arrow button to the left of the work order view menu to expand the task list view
- Click My Pending Tasks from the list of views
- My Pending Tasks and My Pending Work Orders will now show on the same window
Group Work Orders
A Group Work Order View is ONLY viewable by members of that Group. A Group may be comprised of individuals from different IT departments, teams, and/or specialties; enables shared support of a unique system or service. Example of an OIT Support Group: “W-Exchange Technical Support”
Work Orders MUST be assigned to a Site and MAY be assigned to a Group (within the Site) and/or Technician (within the Site and Group, if selected)

- Default Site: “Office of Information Technology – OIT”; Default Group: None; Default Technician: “WMU OIT Help Desk”

- Click the Work Orders Tab
- Click the Work Order Views drop-down
- Click All My Groups or any individual group view that you are a member of
Team Work Orders
Team Work Order Views are visible to ALL Technicians and start with “Team –“, followed by the Team Name. Team Views show all Work Orders assigned to Technicians reporting to a specific director or supervisor; CANNOT assign ownership to a Team
- Click the Work Orders Tab
- Click the Work Order Views drop-down
- Click on your team view, e.g. Team - Communication & Collaboration
- This view includes all work orders assigned to team members within each team that are not closed or canceled.
- Group may be empty in a Team View - Teams filter based on explicit names
