Any technician in Service Hub may create personal or public work order views
- Click the Work Orders Tab
- Click the Work Order Views drop-down
- There are two ways to add a work order view
- Click the Cog icon to Manage Views (create or edit work order views), continue to Step 4
- Click the Add View icon (create work order view), skip step 4
- Click the New Custom View button
- Enter a View Name
- Click the checkbox when making a private view (only viewable by you); Leave it unchecked to create public views (visible to all Technicians)
- Select to Match ALL of the constraints or ANY of the constraints (Selecting AND/OR programming logic regarding the listed constraints)
- Select a Column to filter by (Column that must adhere to a certain value, text, etc.)
- Select an option from Criteria (Statement creating an inequality)
- Click the Choose button (Brings up a list of possible Column values)
- Select one or more options from the pop-up window
- Click Ok button
- Some Conditional Statements Automatically Add the Filter after clicking Ok
- Other Conditional Statements Require 1 Extra Step. When the Add to Filter button appears, click
- Repeat the steps above to create additional filter criteria
- Click Save when finished.
- Your Custom View will be listed. It may be edited at any time by clicking the blue Edit
- Click the Work Order breadcrumb link to return to the Work Order list
- Click the Work Order Views list
- Locate and click on the View that you just created
