When creating a new work order or editing an existing one, this procedure will help you quickly search the user database for the requester that you are looking for.
- Click the Address Book Icon next to the Name field at the top of the work order form
- Click the Magnifying Glass button. Search fields will appear above each user attribute column
- Enter user information into any one of the search fields, for example:
- Enter the last name in the Name field
- Enter the Bronco NetID in the Login Name field
- Enter part of the email address in the Primary Email field (e.g. "newsted@")
- Press the Enter key to search
- Click the name of the requester to select them
