You may receive an email from a WMU IT personnel to approve a Service Hub work order for requests such as a computer purchase request. Follow these steps to approve the work order.
- Click the link on the email that you received from Service Hub.
- The following Approval Details window should appear. Prior to adding comments and clicking Approve or Reject you may read the Description, review attachments (e.g. a purchase quote), and read the work order details which explain who the work order is for.
- Add your comments and click Approve or Reject.
- Once approved, the following screen will appear. The approval process is completed and the assigned IT personnel will be notified.
