Activate 2FA to protect your account
Two-factor authentication (2FA) has become part of daily life. 2FA protects your bank accounts, personal email accounts, social media accounts, and most of your login based online entertainment and services.
While 2FA is currently not required for all employees at WMU we encourage you to opt-in and activate 2FA to help protect your campus accounts and information. By activating 2FA the requirement to change your password will be increased to once every 365 days the next time you change your password. Employees who do not use two-factor authentication must change their passwords every six months.
