Email Tips
Things to keep in mind when distributing your survey via email from within Qualtrics
- Enter your WMU email address in the From field.
- Never use a non-WMU email address in the From field. This will cause your email to be marked as spam.
- If you need email replies to go to a non-WMU address, use the Reply-To field.
Accessibility
If you have respondents who use screen readers such as JAWS, you will need to ensure your survey meets accessibility standards. Qualtrics provides a list of survey question types that are not accessible as well as an automated tool for checking the accessibility of your survey.
